Patrick was from County Limerick by all accounts that we know of.Belfast may have been where he left from coming here.He was born 1747, came here to S.C. in 1767.
There was a nineteen year old Sara Morrison,who was on the Nancy as well..It is not known if this is who he married..It is thought that he had between 3 and 5 brothers,it is known that two brothers came over before Patrick,at the same time on seperate ships,and the ships were seperated in a storm.One ended up in the New England area,and the other around Virginia..
