I contacted Gateway Press, Inc. the publishers of The Dickey Encyclopedia. They said the book was out of print and it was possible that Gerald Wayne Dickey, the author, had extra copies. They referred me to the Dallas Genealogical/Family History Society of Dallas, Texas, but I haven't contacted them yet. They also told me to check with www.tuttlebooks.com. They didn't have the book at the present time, but put me on a list.
