My records (similar to Wm.Dickerson)show a Mary Ann "Polly" Dickerson, b-19 May 1800, oldest child of Wm D.Dickerson & Rebecca Ortkeise;married John Watson in Nelson Co.Ky 11Dec.1822;died 29 Oct.1865 in Brasshear, Adair Co.Mo. We know that Wm.D lived in Nelson Co.,reportedly b ca 1770 where?.I Have a copy of W.D.Dickerson's will. Am still looking for birthplace & parents of Wm.D.& have checked out Albemarle Co,Va.l-no luck!
