If there is a branch of the Family History Library (Mormon) near you, you could go there and order the microfilms of my DICKERSON records that they filmed a while back.
These contain information about Vachel's ancestry back to Thomas DICKERSON of MD and research done by me and other DICKERSON researchers who shared their research with me on that family which originally settled in Charles/Prince Georges Co., MD.
The FHL filmed these records in the 1980's and they are on two films, the first being the earlier generations. You may only need to order the first film, so I'd recommend your ordering that one first and then the second one if you see that you need it.
