Louisia Dickerson moved to Cape Girardeau, MO by the 1850 census. Albert was not with her. In Jackson, Polk Co, MO in 1870. Census shows her birth in SC.
I have a photo of her grave marker in Polk Co., MO. It says" Louisa wife of A. B. Dickerson, born April 15, 1808 died Feb 6, 1894". Albert is listed in the Warren Co., KY census for 1830 and 1840. I believe their children are John born 1843 in KY and my line Nathaniel (1827 KY- 1911 MO).
A possible brother of Albert is John H born 1813 in KY.
