Robert Barr Dickerson was my great grandfather he married Melvinia Shouse. Robert was born 1857 in what is now West Virginia , at that time is was still considered Virginia. Robert and his brother moved to Bath Co Ky around 1875.
We are still seeking information on his parents and siblings. It is believed his father was George W Dickerson and mothers first name Fannie, both born in 1815. His mothers name may have been Barr.
Gilbert Shouse may have been relocated at the same time.
Other family names are: Herndon Dickerson and Myrtle Debborton Dickerson both born after the move to Ky.
