Hi Martin, I'm researching the family of Dicker ADAMS who married 1766 in Hadlow, Kent to Jane BARTON & had a number of children including a son, also Dicker ADAMS. The christian name is unusual, so I'm working on the theory that Dicker's mother may have had Dicker as her surname. Do you have any instances of a female DICKER marrying ADAMS, probably before say 1750 in the UK?
