I have just started researching my husband's ancestory. His father was Rev. Charles Reed Dicken, Jr. of Ethel, Attalla Co., MS m. Charlene Bell also of Ethel, MS. He has one sister living (Laura) and on brother that died (Albert). Albert used to play minor league baseball in the '30s or 40's. On Reed's birth certificate, his father's name is spelled Charles Reade Dickens. I believe his mother's name was Minnie Mae Rhyne, but I don't have my information handy to give birthdates, etc. I have some information on the Rhyne family, but would love to find out more about the Dicken(s) family for our children to enjoy as they get older. Any information would be appreciated.
