Hi Jim, I'm a cousin to Va. Walters, you've been exchanging information on the Dicken family. First I must tell you I'm the great granddaughter of Nettie Virgie Dicken wed a Walters first, then second spouse Joseph Liller. Nettie's father was Amos and mother Mary ? My ? is...I have another contact Dave Dicken who saw the old homestead. Apparently it was Amos and Dorcus Dodge home. Dodge throws a wrench in the genealogy line. Do we know for sure what her maiden name was? He goes further to explain Amos and Dorcus had a son named Jesse 1781, and further back that Amos was the s/James-born 1710, and Isaac Henry as his grandfather born in Glouster, Va. Isaac's father as Christopher.
Can you help. TracyFIrish@aol.com
