Mike, the Abraham Dick which is in my records married Jane/Jean Rhea in Rockbridge Co. VA in 1782.I also have in my paperwork where Abraham bought 65 acres of land near Ugley's Ck.(this area is in modern day Alleghany Co. VA near the town of Callaghan).David Dick(what relation he is to Abe I don't know) also had land near here. I'm pretty sure that this David was my ggggGrandfather. What is odd, is that David and Abraham both had land near the Calfpasture River in Rockbridge Co. back in 1773, but I've never been able to find out if they were brothers, father and son, or cousins.Anyway, after they migrated from Ugley's Creek(now called Ogle's), Abraham bought land in Kentucky before 1800 on the Little Barren River(which at that time was considered Fayette Co.).Then, in the early 1800's the area was considered Barren Co. KY.According to a modern day map, the Little Barren River follows the borders of Green and Hart Counties with the majority of the river being in Metcalfe Co.David and his family settled in Greenbrier Co. VA and owned land on Indian Ck. and Little Wolf Ck..This area became Monroe Co. VA in 1799 and it is now Summers Co. WV.As far as who were Abe's siblings and children, I honestly only have record of one child for him and Jean. His name was Archibald (named after Jean's father, Archibald Rhea).I've many missing puzzle pieces concerning Abraham and David Dick, but I feel in my heart that they were related.I just don't know how.Hope this helps you in some way.sincerely,Jim
