Unfortunately, I have done little research on the Dick family. I also found an old genealogical chart for the Edwards family among my Grandmother's papers, but with a little investigation, determined that though some of it was true, there were parts that were doubtful.
It ends about 1921, but begins with a Thomas Edwards born on 10/14/1690. No locations are given on this chart, which implies that some if not all the records could have come from a Bible(s).
There is a Mary Ann Dent married in 1763 to a Benjamin Edwards, born 1741. Their children are Dicandra Dent, b. 1768, Martha, b. 1770, Henry, Elisabeth, b. 1776, Thomas J., Joseph Dent, Mary - and more unknown. Dicandra Dent Edwards married Henry Dick on November 1789 whose line leads to Narcissa Katherine Dick, b. 8/30/1867, married to Milton Shepherd Pyle on August 8, 1892 in Clarke County, VA then ends with my Mother, Isabelle Marie Pyle, born 7/19/1921 in Clarke County, VA.
