Looking for information

In the 1950s my father purchased a property in Traralgon South Victoria which had originally being settled by a gentleman with the surname of DICK. I believe he was married to an artist. They had come from Melbourne in the region of 1920/ 1930 I would say and constructed the home. The home was called Denbigh, it was named after Denbigh road in the city of Melbourne and the home that Dick built in Traralgon South was believed to be a replica of his former Melbourne home.
I also understand that his wife may have been a HOLDEN before her marriage. DICK was believed to be an architect.
I would appreciate any information that can be obtained, I am not a relative but very interested in the history of the property.
Thankyou,
Rodway Wolfe.
