James Dibble (located in Toronto Canada 1901 Census -My Grandfather)Born Jan 11 1877. Living at his brother Harry Dibble's household at time of Census. His First marriage was to Rose Wise (my grandmother). He worked for city of toronto and was killed in a boating accident 1942-46.
Rose Wise died in 1914-16 cannot find any records of her at all. Their children were Cecil,Hanlon,James,Violet,Lily May, Reginald and Marjorie
After the early death of mother Rose wise the older children were put in a home in Picton ontario run by the Loyal Orange lodge - but the ran away soon afterwards. My mother Marjorie Dibble was adopted by a family named Hoover.She is the last surviving child - remembers little.
Any help in finding descendents or ancestors would be much appreciated.
