relatives of Adrian Diaz who lived in florida/died in PR

I'm looking for any relatives to an Adrian Diaz(my husbands father). He was born in PR and died there around 1987. All we have is his SSN and the fact that he was married to a Deborah Munch in 1983 for a few months. He may have died in a motorcycle accident
