I am new to genealogy and am searching for any info about Harry Aaron Diamond. He was supposedly from a family that lived in the Bronx or Brooklyn in the early 1900s. He was in Chicago in the 1920, and he would have been in his late 30s or early 40s at that time. It is in Chicago where he married my grandmother, Sadie Moore. They had two children, Bert and Harriet, and he left the family to fend for themselves in or about 1927. My family never heard from him again, and I am conducting this search on behalf of my mother, who would love to find out what happened to her father, and to learn about another part of her family.
