Diamonds to Philadelphia, 1840 to 1850

I am trying to develop information on two brothers (Charles and Daniel Diamond) sailing on the ship Mary Pleasant in 1849 from Liverpool to Philadelphia accompanied by a relative named Susan Diamond age 48. Charles was 11 years and Daniel was 9 years of age. I believe they were from County Derry. Roseanna Diamond, wife of Charles. Lived in North Philadelphia.
