Green Berry Diamond was the 3rd child of James Diamond and Nancy Cornwell. He was born 1818 in Jackson Co. Ga. 1840 Cencus shows him in DeKalb Co. Ga. and 1860 cencus shows him in Texas in Cooke Co. He died in Collin Co. Tx.7 Apr. 1884. He married Mary Ann Corley 5 Oct.1837 in Ga. DeKalb Co. Ga. Mary Ann was born 13 Aug. 1822 in Ga. and died Dec.1877 in Tx.
