Hi,
He was probably related to Silas DEXTER and UNKNOWN
DAVIS, who had Jeremiah DEXTER. Jeremiah was born in
1762 and had: Silas Dexter, who was b. ca. 1780 and
married to UNKNOWN.
Silas and UNKNOWN had: Silas Bud Dexter, Joseph
Dexter, unknown DEXTER, Benjamin Dexter, Charles Dexter,
James Riley Dexter, and Sarah E. Dexter.
Silas Bud Dexter was b. 1805 in Ohio Co., KY and d.
ca. 1864. He was married to Nancy Ann Woodward on
July 4, 1805 in Ohio Co., KY, who was the dau. of John
WOODWARD and Elizabeth PILES. Nancy Ann DEXTER nee
WOODWARD was born 1 March 1805.
