I am trying to find information to determine if Benjamin Dexter (b.31 May 1787) and Betsey Dexter (nee Hillman)(b.4 Jun 1789/1790) are the parents of Dennis Dexter (b.15 Nov 1812) in Tisbury, Dukes County, MA.
If Benjamin and Betsey are his parents, then I can link Dennis as a descendant of Thomas Dexter (b.1606).
I have birth, marriage, death and some descendant details of Dennis Dexter - but need verification of his parents names. I have only found one IGI entry with any mention of Dennis's parents, but this doesn't list a source.
If anyone has any information regarding this line of the Dexter family, please let me know.
