SIR JACOB DE WOLFF, BARONET, 1766 ENGLAND

Does anyone know anything about Sir. Jacob deWolff who went to England in 1766 and purchased a title - that of Baronet? His father was a Baron of Livonia. Jacob de Wolff married Anne Weston, daughter of the Rt. Hon. Edward Weston and they had a son James William Weston de Wolff, who was born in January 1779 in Crediton, Devon. Did Sir Jacob de Wolff live in Lincolnshire, England before he went to live in Devon?
