St. Charles (Kane County, Illinois) Chronicle, May 30, 1902. Local news. Mr. and Mrs. J.S. DeWolf, accompanying the remains of Mrs. A.B. DeWolf, arrived in St. Charles last Saturday morning from Kansas city, where she died February 5th last, and where the body had since been resting in a vault. The remains were buried Sunday afternoon in the family lot at the North cemetery. Services at the grave were conducted by Rev. M.L. Norris. While here Mr. and Mrs. DeWolf were guests in the home of J.M. Barber, which was the home of the DeWolf family here for many years. They returned Tuesday to Kansas City.
