Would anyone know about the family of Sam De Witt who was a New York legislator in the 1910's and 1920's? He also owned a Tool Company and did a lot of interacting with the U.S.S.R. during the 1920's and 1930's, shipping tools to help build construction sites in the Soviet Union. He was a friend of Upton Sinclair's and was characterized in the book The Jungle as one of the leading characters. Any information as to how I might contact his family would be appreciated. Thank you. Linda
