It has to be a straight line of males. Could you talk one of your Mother's brothers in to doing it. Or one of their sons. I don't understand that much about it yet, I'm still trying to learn. But I guess the more male DeWitt's you have that participate, the better possibility you have of matching families. We now have 4 signed up for this, and our administrator is talking to one DeWitt from Holland to try and get him to participate. Floyd's line goes back to Ulster Co, N. Y. in the mid 1700's. Mine goes to Amos in 1801 some where in W. Va. The more the merrier.
