James was born 1828 or 1836 depending on the information I have found. He was born in MI, VA, IN or WV depending again on the information. I do KNOW he was married to Christina Young 18 Jul 1861 in Porter Co., IN. And I do KNOW he married Elizabeth Frey in 1879 also in Porter Co., IN. He had 4 children by Christina. He divorced Elizabeth in 1883. He died Oct 1885 in Porter Co., IN. If any of this sounds familiar I would love to hear from you.
