This might interest someone on the forum: someone unknown to me is offering on eBay a hand-written Devoe family record claimed to have been found in an old book. It's not my branch of the family, so I'm not interested in the item. The auction ends January 1 and the eBay item number is 140193003958.
The description of the item on the eBay site says "It is a family record sheet that has a Cornelius Devoe: Born: November 1st 1831, Ghent, NY and Mary A. Bartlett: Born October 24th, 1840 in Mellinville, NY. Gives the marriage date and then the listing of their children with their Birthdates: Children listed are: Frank, Fred, Bertha, Anna, Larry and then Nellie."
I have no connection, financial or otherwise, with the person listing the auction. Hope this message may be helpful to someone's research.
