This is an update to my original posting: Accdording to the 1920 NYC census, Jane Devlin was born in Philadelphia, PA. No other information is known about her [parents, siblings]. All I know is that she gave birth to a daughter, Jeanette Stevens in NYC in 1877, and was married at the time to a Frederick H. Stevens.
If the PHILADELPHIA / vicinity-DEVLIN researchers find a common thread in this posting, please help. We are at a standstill.
