At long last! I've not been back in awhile, being busy with raising my son, work and other life things - But I'm back :-) and thrilled to see your reply.
I have been looking elsewhere for information and have found success with
Ohio Death Index 1958-1969 where he is listed as Irving Devlin and passed
away April 28th 1963, the city of death is Conneaut, Ohio in Astabula County.
This may not be enough for any help at that end, my mother told me that he
immigrated to America when he was 12 years old or so which would be around 1920 from Dublin.
