Jean, My grandfather was Charles Stephen Atwood Devlin and he had 3 brothers and 1 sister: William, John, Thomas and Hellen. All of them were born in Philadelphia, PA.

Because Charles emigrated to Argentina (my birth place)I don't know anything about William.
