GG-grandfather, Francis Henry Devlin, born in New York City 1848. "Grew to manhood" in Johnstown, PA, according to obituary. At time of death in Newton, KS, in 1923, had one sister, Mary Boyle, living in Pittsburgh, and one brother, John, living in Wheeling, WV. Francis was a Civil War veteran. Have found a John C. Devlin in Co. F of 2nd WV Infantry. Company formed from Pittsburgh, PA. Looking for any info that may connect me to names of siblings of Francis and his parents. Do not have confirmed names on parents but my grandfather had an old note suggesting Francis' parents were John Devlin and Margaret Dillon of County Roscommon, Ireland.
