The Teelon families that you refer to must be of some relation to Christopher Devlin's wife Catherine. Her maiden name was Teelon and when she came from Ireland she lived in West Rutland. I don't know where she entered this country from though. My mom,(90 yrs. old) who would be Catherine's great-grandaughter seem to recall stories that Catherine had an uncle living in West Rutland and that's how she happened to live there. Catherine had the one daughter by C. Devlin whose name was Mary Agnes Devlin, however she married again, later to a Byron Maloney and they had five or six children.Back in the 1940's there was a taxicab driver that was murdered in Rutland whose name was Henry Teelon and he was related somehow. Thank you for your information. I appreciate it.
