Greetings from Berkeley, California, of course I would rather be having tea or a pint with you in Dublin.

I have just begun my research on my father's side. My gggrandfather was Edward Devlin who married Bridget Dermody in Ireland. Both were also born in Ireland. I don't have a clue as to where or when. They had a daughter named Annie that was born in Ireland in 1879 or 1880. She was 19 when she married my ggrandfather in Waltham, MA. Feb. 3, 1899.

If you should come across these two names, please drop me a line. Bringing my Da next year who will be 75 and would love to find the area his grandparents and great grandparents are from and take him there. He hasn't been "home" in over 45 years. I brought my husband "home" last year, he loved it so much, we call him O'Herrera now.

Would be willing to join in a reunion if it is next year in July. The Farrell Clan is having their Clan Reunion then in Longford, that is why I am bringing my Dad with me. I promised the next family reunion I would take him, so here it is.

Alyce (Farrell) Herrera
