Years ago Craig i visited Middlesborough with my father and mother, he had not been back there for so long that the city had changed.
I live in Devon, which is a long way from Middlesborough, so is not easy to reach. My father is from a catholic family, do you think it would be worth me contacting some of the churches online.
What puzzles me a bit is on my fathers birth certificate, his fathers occupation, ex Gunner in R F A, the only Devlin in that regiment was the boer war, ther were no entry's of a Devlin in that regiment for the first World War. I even looked for my fathers record in the Second World War and that was not on record. What a mystery.
