Thank you Craig you have gleaned more info in a short period of time than i have in a long time,

I think going back years ago, there seemed to be more mix ups concerning marriges, and general life. Times were very hard for a lot of family's.
As for the Devlin's of County Tyrone, this was a common name for that area, it is also a rebel name, i have been to Ireland on several occasions, and you have to be carefull about teeling people your surname especally in the North of Ireland, a lot of things still go on without people knowing.
I have a lot of Irish friends, one went home last week, i asked him what was it like, he said it is not lkie the Ireland where he grew up, there are so many imigrants moved in.

Well Craig do you think that your mothers family were related to ours.
