Starting Sept. 5, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

The town mentioned is most likely Omagh, and not Armagh. The name Devlin is Tyrone based and while a couple strayed across the county border into Armagh, the vast majority are found in Tyrone. There are a vast number of townlands around Omagh, but a search in this area may throw some light on the particular Devlin.
If you need help in Ireland give me a shout.

Gerry.
