Hello Kristen:

For Stephen Devlin B ????, somewhere in Ireland, with the father's forename unknown, the earliest rcd I found was in 1835, Co. Tyrone. This infers: 1) the rcd didn't survive (most likely), or 2) the rcd hasn't been transcribed yet (least likely).

Of the 12,000+ Devlin B rcds in Ireland, more than 10,000 occur in Ulster Province (counties Antrim, Armagh, Derry, Down, Fermanagh, and Tyrone). Surviving B/M/D rcds from this area are scarce.
