I am currently using my daughter's message board. My name is Lynne McNasby and my email for direct emails is: [email protected] use "Devlins of County Tryone" as the subject so I won't delete it as junk mail.
My husband Joe found out a year ago that our original name was spelled "McAnespie" and our family originated from Ballygawley, Co. Tyrone, Ireland. We have since met up with our lost family and are thrilled to know them.
I am looking for any information to my Devlin's from Glenlark, County Tyrone, Ireland.
My G-grandmother was Alice Devlin b. 5-29-1865, daughter of Arthur (Atty) Devlin and Roseann Toner. She is the sister of Mary, Catherine (Kate), Rose, Peter and Bridgette.Does anyone out ther have any information about the "Toner" family?I would like to add this information to the family tree I am doing for our family.
If anyone out there has stories of the family or any information, it would be greatly appreciaited.I would also like to know where I can look to find out when Alice left Ireland to connect the dots.....as there are a few possibilities of Alice Devlin's immigrating to America around the same time to the port of Philadelphia.Thank you very much for any information.
