Oliver Devlin tates that he was born in 1837 in Dungannon, Ireland and his parents were John Devlin (Farmer)& Jane Simpson. He came across to Victoria,Australia and was a teacher and later married Jane Stokes in 1877.
I cannot seem to get any further, could someone help please.
