I haven't figured out if I'm related ... my mother's maiden is DEVLIN, daughter of John Francis Devlin, son of James Devlin, born in Co. Tyron, moved to Rhode Island. James was the son of Henry & Susan/Susannah. My ancestors are buried in the same cemetery, but no gravestones! Very frugal.

I found a marriage record - different spelling:
Marriages by groom, Rhode Island, 1890 - 1900
Joseph P. Devlin married Mary Tierney, July 15, 1891
(Record # 91-465-28) in Providence, RI
I'm wondering how their sons died the same day? I hope I didn't make a copying error.
