Looking for any help in obtaining information on my great-great-grandfather, Christopher Devlin. He was from Grenough (I assume that is a parish) County Meath, Ireland. He married Kathrine Teelon (Telan). They left Ireland by boat. I don't know where they landed. Actually, family stories relate that he died January 1, 1856, before they landed, and she was pregnant. She gave birth to my great-grandmother Mary Agnes Devlin on August 22, 1856. Mary Agnes married Joseph Mark Dutelle. They lived in Sherbrooke Canada for awhile and later in West Rutland, Vermont. She died December 7, 1917. I'm interested in finding out where they sailed from and where the boat landed. Also, how do I go about getting any information on family that may have remained in Ireland?
