Beginning a search - Devlin, Troy, NY

Looking for info on my father's side. My dad, William Joseph Jr. b. 1942, and his sibs: Rose, Sandra, Thomas, Steven, and Timothy. Their parents: William Joseph Sr., and Eleanor Deveneau (sp?). William Sr. died 1991, Eleanor died 1972-73. William Sr. had at least one brother, Ted (Theodore). As William Jr. was born in Vermont, I assume that William Sr. was also from Vermont. They later settled in Troy, NY. Eleanor Deveneau is of French-Canadian descent and may be from Quebec?

Any leads?
