I'm looking for information on my grandmother's brother Roscoe (Ross) Dewitt. When Grandma Effie was alive, she rarely mentioned her brother. Their parents passed away when she and Roscoe were very young and a guardian from Gallia County was appointed. The guardian may have been a relation. I've gone through census and really I don't know what happened to Roscoe. He may have been adopted but yet his last name White was listed in the death census. Any information would be most appreciated.
