Looking for information on the family of William Devitt, b. Ireland abt 1830s, Married Ftances Lonergan B. New Brunswick, marriage location unknown. Had at least 3 children, Jane b. 1859 Manchester N.H, Hugh and Mary. Believed to have been Protestant, he located to Quebec living in the area around Henryville. He died between 1881 and 1893. Daughter Jane was my great grandmother. She Married Zepherin Menard on Aug 30 1881 in St. Sebastian, Iberville Quebec and became a Catholic. Would like to correspond with anyone connected with this family.
