Hi, I just read your request for DeVito's from Battipaglia.
My grandfather , Joseph DeVito was born in Battipaglia and came to New Youk where he met my grandmother , Christina DeMott(A'Amato) ,maried her and moved to Connecticut.
I will look up some of their birth dates that may help
both of us in our search. Grandfather was a barber.
My mother was one of six living children. Grandfather's brother married one of my grandmother's sisters.
