I was shocked to find so many DeVinneys and thought I might try to find out more about my fathers' side of the family. My name is Vandene (Van) DeVinny. My fathers name was Paul DeVinny and I believe my Grandfathers name was Frank DeVinny.
I think his full name was Frank Vaness DeVinny and he called himself Van. My Grandmothers name was Lois and I believe they stayed mostly in the Texas area but am not sure. My father was raised in Texas I believe, but I think also had some family or was raised partyl in the Kirksville, Mo. area. I also have an aunt named Lou now in the Dallas, Tx area I think.
I was never very close to any of the DeVinneys' in my family, but would like to know more about them if anyone may have some information they can share. Thank you in advance for any help you can give and God bless.
