Sandra L. Devine Family and friends of Sandra L. Devine (nee Arendt) are to meet at 4:30 p.m. Thursday, at Trinity Lutheran Church, 405 Rush St., Roselle, for a funeral service to begin at 5 p.m. Interment is private. Sandra was the beloved wife of Stuart; loving mother of Julie, Jorie (Jarrod) and Eric. Sandra, a former assistant Illinois Attorney General, resigned from her position in 1978 to be a stay-at-home mom. From 1983 to 1995 she served as a Hanover Park Park District commissioner. Since 1995, Sandra had been employed by Consolidated School District 93. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1801 S. Meyers Road, Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181 630-932-1141, or Trinity Lutheran Church. Arrangements were made by Geils Funeral Home, Wood Dale, 630-766-3232 or www.geilsfuneralhome.com.
