On 1930 Census, Marion Dean age 10 is in Athertonville, LaRue County, Kentucky as the adopted daughter of Charles W. Devers age 50, his wife Alda D. age 53, son Gaddie T. age 12, son in law Lafayette Nichols (is th is related to W. L. Nichols?) 25, Laura J. Devers Nichols age 21, Freda L, Nichols, granddaughter age 2 years 5 months (Census was done in April, so she would have been born December 1929, Marion Dean age 10, also adopted son Harve J. Brown age 13 and father, Steven Devers, age 82 widower.
Does anyone have any imformation on what might have happened to Marion Dean? Would really appreciate any information. She would be my aunt.
