Am looking for Devereaux families who might have had a daughter marry an Atkins in VA, KY, SC, or NC in the late 1700s. The subject is the son of William Richard Atkins who lived in Stewart Co., TN, then moved to Jefferson Co., AR before 1850.
I feel he was named for a grandfather or grandfathers. Any help would be appreciated.
