I am searching for the parents (and birthplace) of my husband's gg grandmother, Abigail (Abby) Devereux. She is definitely from the Marblehead and/or Maine branch of the Devereux Family. She married my husband's gg grandfather, (sea)Captain Nathaniel Putnam in 1844. I am fairly certain she died in Brooklyn, NY where all four of her children were born (including great grandfather, William Allen Putnam, Sr. b. 1847). All help and/or clues would be deeply apppreciated
