I have no knowledge if it is on line. Perhaps some one will let us know if it is or maybe the Mormoms have it on microfilm. All I know is that it was published in Lansing, Michigan and the State Library of Michigan has a copy of it. They will not allow anyone to photocopy it because the library had a fire a long time ago and it damaged the books. They are afraid that the photocopying will damage the books even more.
When I was in town there I called around in the phone book to other people with the surname of Deveraux. The second call was a "Bingo". The woman I talked to spoke of it as "The Book." And gave me the phone number of someone who had a copy. I tried to get my own copy thru used book sources but never found one. It may have had a very low publication number and have been only a local publication.
