SARATOGA SPRINGS Kathleen M. Gallagher (nee Dever), 56, died suddenly on December 14, 2005. Formerly of Harrisburg, Pa., Reading, Pa. and a native of Long Island, N.Y., she was the beloved daughter of the late Caryl L. and John J. Dever; devoted mother of Gillian L.; loving sister of Virginia (David) Lovitz, Thomas Dever, John (Mary Jo) Dever, Richard Dever, Caryl (Robert) Gallo, Michael (Cindy) Dever and James (Tricia) Dever; former wife of James T. Gallagher; and also survived by many nieces and nephews. Kathleen served as the orchestra librarian for the Empire State Youth Orchestra, an organization to which she gave considerable time, heart and effort. Her interests in Saratoga history and culture also included volunteering at the Children's Museum at Saratoga and the Historical Society of Saratoga Springs. Her quick wit and humor will be sorely missed by all who knew her.
